Integrating MS Teams recordings via OneDrive Integration

Simply hit 'Record' on MS Teams and Marsview Notes will sync and transcribe the meeting recording from your OneDrive (for Business) folder within minutes!

Setup instructions

Follow these 4 easy steps to transcribe an MS Teams Meeting Video Conference:

1. Log in to Marsview Notes Log in into your Marsview Notes account, or sign up for a new Marsview Notes account here.

2. Integrate OneDrive with Marsview Notes

Go to Integrations > Microsoft Teams > Connect

3. Automate the Transcription process

By default, the 'Automate' toggle will be enabled. This will enable automatic sync between OneDrive and Marsview enabling automated transcription when the new meeting is recorded on MS Teams.

4. Record the meeting in MS Teams

To record a meeting, you must either be the host or an alternate host. To get started, simply select Start Recording as seen in the image below.

Once you are done with the recording click on Stop Recording or end the meeting. Marsview will automatically pick up your recordings from the Recordings folder of your OneDrive asccount.

NOTE: Marsview Notes will have access to recordings files only from the My Files > Recordings folder of the OneDrive account. Marsview strictly does not have access to any other files/folders.

Transcribing only selected MS Teams Recordings

If you wish to transcribe only selected meeting recoridings from your OneDriveRecordings please turn the Automate toggle OFF.

Go to My Meetings > Import Recordings > Select from OneDrive Recordingsand select the recordings to be transcribed and click on Import

You can also automate your workflows using Zapier, Automate.io, Microsoft Power Automate, etc. with Onedrive. Create complex workflows spanning across multiple apps, add conditional logic, format data, etc. to boost productivity.

Uninstallation

To remove the link between your OneDrive and Marsview simply go to Integrations > Microsoft Teams > Disconnect
